How to Specify Packaging Dimensions
Give us your product size or the finished L×W×D you need. Most boxes are made to your size, so there is no generic size to assume.
Most of our products are made to your size rather than a fixed size. Tell us your product dimensions and we will size the box on your quote.
For bottles, jars, and tubes, send diameter, height, and cap or pump clearance. For kits, send the component list before locking tray cavities. For mailers, send the product’s packed size and whether a return-friendly opening is required.
The configurator and previews use each box style's size rules where they are available, and never guess a size for you.
Include units (mm or in), quantity, and destination market with the dimensions so sales can map board caliper and structure without guessing.
