These terms apply to your use of www.xpertpackages.com and to custom packaging orders placed with Xpert Packages. A signed quote or order confirmation may add project-specific terms; if they conflict, the quote or order confirmation applies.
Website, estimates and AI tools
Prices, lead times and specifications shown on the website, in estimates, and by our AI assistants and design tools are for guidance only. They are not offers. An order is formed only when you accept a written quote from our sales team and we confirm the order.
You agree not to misuse the website, including by scraping it at a rate that disrupts service, attempting to access non-public areas, or submitting unlawful content.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the specifications, quantity, artwork and delivery details you provide, and remain valid for the period stated on the quote. Changes to any of these may change the price and lead time.
Proofs and approvals
Before production we provide a digital proof (for example, a dieline or 3D preview with your artwork) where technically supported. You are responsible for checking spelling, content, barcodes, dimensions, colors and layout. Production starts only after you approve the proof. We are not responsible for errors that appear in a proof you approved.
Payment
Payment terms, including any amount due before production, are stated on your quote or invoice. Production may not start and orders may not ship until the payment due has been received. Prices exclude applicable sales tax and shipping unless your quote says otherwise.
Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel an order free of charge before you approve the final proof. After approval, changes may affect the price and lead time, and cancellation may not be possible once materials have been purchased or production has started. If we accept a cancellation after approval, you agree to pay for work performed and materials purchased up to that point.
Production tolerances
Printed packaging is subject to normal manufacturing tolerances. Colors may vary slightly between screens, proofs and production runs and between materials. Dimensions and board caliper may vary within normal industry tolerances. Delivered quantities may be slightly over or under the ordered quantity within the allowance stated on your quote, and you will be billed for the quantity delivered within that allowance.
Artwork and intellectual property
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all artwork, logos, trademarks and content you supply, and you agree to indemnify us against claims that printing them infringes someone else's rights. You keep ownership of your artwork. You give us permission to use it to produce your order.
We will not use your artwork in our portfolio or marketing without your permission. Design templates, dielines and structural designs created by us remain our property unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Shipping, risk and delivery
Shipping is handled as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control.
Defects and returns
Custom orders are non-returnable except as described in our Refund & Return Policy, which sets out how defects, printing errors and transit damage are handled.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or product recalls.
