Roll End Front Tuck (RETT)

A glue-free corrugated tray whose side walls are rolled back on themselves to finish at double thickness, with a hinged lid that closes over the front and tucks into a slot in the base. The rolled walls give the box its rigidity and its clean cut edges, so the interior presents well enough for retail unboxing. It assembles by hand in seconds and needs no tape, which suits both fulfilment lines and returns.
