Half Slotted Carton (HSC)

A regular slotted container with the top flaps omitted, leaving a permanently open top. The base still closes with meeting half-width flaps, so the carton behaves as a rigid deep tray that can be top loaded, over-packed or capped with a second inverted HSC. It is the standard choice for automated top-fill lines and for parts that must stay visible and reachable on a shelf or bench.
